PeaceHealth is a well-established financially stable multi-specialty provider group looking for a nurse practitioners interested in joining a team of two other Family Medicine providers and BE A PART OF THE EXCITING FUTURE OF PEACEHEALTH.


Diagnosis and management – with appropriate provision of education, counseling, drug therapy, physical therapies, outpatient procedures, and consultation – of illness, and support or strengthening of health, for all ages, from newborns to the very old or dying.  Comfort working with babies, children, and teens, and providing gynecologic and well woman care, is essential. Speaking Spanish a plus, but not a requirement.  Our team of clinicians aims to create, sustain, and ultimately to share, a fully collaborative model of primary care, with a panel of patients shared between three clinicians of differing licensures, experience, and special interests.  We all share the care of all of our patients. We as a group are the primary care “provider” for the entire panel.


When you join our practice, you will collaborate with our expert prescribers – John Holtzapple, RN, MD, with more than 21 years’ experience in family medical practice; and Rick Lester, PA, with more than 20 years’ bilingual medical experience across the lifespan – and our superb clinical team of  medical assistants, triage nurses, care managers and telephone folks.
