PeaceHealth Medical Group is seeking an outstanding Behavioral Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) interested in joining an outpatient practice in beautiful Vancouver, Washington. We are seeking candidates who have a suboxone certification (or have the interest in obtaining). Our program is guided by a philosophy of strength-based treatment. Regardless of the setting or program in which services are provided, each patient is assisted in articulating his or her goals, and in working toward those goals through recognizing and building upon existing strengths.

 

 

Clinic Highlights:

  • Join a team of 3 psychologists, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Mental Health Counselors, Nurses, Medical Assistants, ancillary staff and collaborate with 25 primary care providers.
  • Clinical services include: medication management; milieu therapy; nursing care; nutritional therapy; occupational therapy is available internally by referral; psychiatric assessment, evaluation and treatment; history and physical; recreational therapy assessment and treatment; and social work assessment and discharge planning.
  • Also provided:
    • Integrated behavioral health services in primary care
    • Opioid detoxification and treatment through a buprenorphine (suboxone) program
  • Clinic Hours: Monday through Friday, open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
