Digital Program Manager

PeaceHealth is seeking a Digital Program Manager for a 1 full time equivalent Exempt position. This position will be working Day shift with shift durations of 8 Hours.

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital, web and mobile application-based services for PeaceHealth. Manages multiple projects concurrently, building cross-functional plans, coordinating resources, managing issues, as well as ensuring timely delivery through the full digital product life cycle. This involves requirements gathering with stakeholders, leading design and development to delivery, analytics tracking and ongoing management.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Manages full life cycle of projects for new and existing web properties and digital assets. Coordinates internal teams and vendors for on time, quality deliverables.
2. Develops and refines project management practices for Strategic Communications and Marketing. Oversees project management for the Digital Strategies team and incorporates opportunities to improve processes through continuous innovation and vision.
3. Leads digital project planning and analysis.  Identifies goals and objectives and measuring key performance indicators (KPI’s) against success criteria. 
4. Manages program cross-division team of designers, developers, and analysts to execute on digital plans. 
5. Provides customer service and representation of the Digital Strategies team.
6. Ensures analytics included within all digital programs are tracked, reported on, and analyzed. Uses analytics to test and iterate to make improvements.
7. Researches, evaluates and recommends new digital technologies and tools.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.


QUALIFICATIONS


EDUCATION:    Bachelor’s degree required or a combination of education and professional experience that provides the incumbent with the requisite knowledge, skills and ability to successfully perform the job. MBA preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:  

•    Minimum of 5 years of web/digital experience required.
•    Experience managing production of large-scale, consumer facing, web products.
•    Significant project or product management experience required.
 
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:    

    Expertise in project management, including strong knowledge of project management techniques and procedures
    Results-oriented approach to projects to achieve core program goals
    Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
    Experience with web analysis and performance tracking
    Excellent customer and team management skills
    Expertise with various content management systems & database-driven sites 
    Expertise or experience with Drupal and SharePoint preferred
    Expertise with A/B testing, multi-variate testing and related tools
    Knowledge of web technologies and best practices
    Experience managing external consultants and associated resources
    Track record of developing processes which have had an impact on improving operations
    Sound experience and understanding of social media, and emerging technologies is preferred
    Experience with mobile websites and apps 
    Knowledge of search engine and email marketing
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Strong organizational and analytical skills
    Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and display flexibility in a fast paced and changing work environment
    Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills

 

We are looking for someone experienced with enterprise websites to serve as the day-to-day leader of www.peacehealth.org.  The role requires a range of digital experience, including some knowledge of user experience design, design tools, CMS management (specifically Drupal), SEO, web content strategy, responsive design, web analytics, html and CSS, accessibility and project management. 

 

This role is at the center of our digital marketing and communications efforts, ensuring that our website provides a positive and efficient means of engaging with our hospitals, clinics, foundations and entire organization.  It requires working across our large organization with business managers, content producers, designers and marketers, on end-to-end projects.   Tasks include needs assessments, design and development specifications,  wireframe creation, template development, content editing, training, documentation, QA, release management and analytics monitoring.
