PeaceHealth is hiring a System Director of Cardiovascular Service Lines!

 

PeaceHealth is looking for a talented system director to provide administrative and strategic leadership for enterprise-wide service line services. In this position, you will partner with the service line medical director to plan, develop, and direct service line services in alignment with organizational goals and triple aim objectives.  

The ideal candidate will be a personable leader who is able to obtain optimal and efficient staffing in clinical and care model redesign services. As an organizational leader, the system director will build positive working relationships across service lines with a focus on physician and clinician engagement. This position is key to PeaceHealth’s future and the incumbent must be able to plan, develop, implement and evaluate new patient care programs.

 

Qualifications for the System Director of Cardiovascular Service Lines include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field; master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of seven years’ experience in leading and facilitating clinical departments in an integrated healthcare system
  • Proven verbal, written, and negotiation communication skills
  • Thorough knowledge of healthcare and the ability to incorporate this knowledge to support organizational needs
  • Strong ability to:
    • analyze financial statements and create improvement plans
    • lead teams remotely
    • work effectively in stressful situations
